So you think most of AOL's customers are AOL-savvy rather than generally internet savvy? That is interesting---then longtime AOL users haven't really gotten much experience and exposure to the worldwide web, because they just use their ISP for cursory utilitarian purposes, like email or stock quotes, and stay within the confines of the AOL womb. That is great news for AOL, means they are "sticky" and can look forward to many advertising dollars to come their way, in addition to their subscribers continuing dues.

Doesn't say much for the poor sheltered subscribers though!
