SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 1999--Generation

company is changing its name to "CDMusic.com." All of Generation Entertainment's
internal divisions, product development, and new music venues will be centralized under
the new name.

Warren Guth, President of Generation Entertainment Corporation, stated, "I'm delighted
