Nasa worked on the o rings day and night, 24/7, the amount lost for a company with hundreds of thousands of customers or perhaps millions, making millions of calls dwarfs the o ring problem. Look at what att went through when they had interuption of their 800 number service. Regardless of the time it takes, if we say 18 months, then i think the 18 months is just about up for some of the early testers, so waiting till the next cc is not too much longer to wait. Gigamux is working at other sites, so I believe it is a viable solution, but use your own opinion and act as you see fit.
