I know EISQ already has a deal in the works with Hewlett Packard.

The rumor I'm hearing (and the CEO alludes to it in a recent interview), is $100+ million contract(s) with Saudi Arabia for a multi-location installation (192 sites) of their electronic ID system.
With their release this morning, they seem to be emphasizing how it would work in prison systems, so I'm guessing that the major contract will be an installation for the Saudi prison system.

My guess is that the news release today is just a primer to get people looking at EISQ before much larger news comes out on a contract.

Heavy buying on EISQ this morning. Almost everything at the ask. MM's haven't moved it yet. Got a feeling they will soon, inventory has to be drying up at these prices.
