PURELY CONJECTURE AND SUPPOSITION.
THIS WHOLE POST IS A FIGMENT OF MY IMAGINATION!!!
CAVEAT EMTOR!!!!!
I posed a hypothesis!
That FCM would be bought out for around that sum!
By a European buyer!
Short to medium term...1-3 months...with very slow
price appreciation to $4 1/2 before announcement.
If this does'nt happen I shudder to think the size
of the order that will be placed on FCM.
Think of it this way "We want to buy your IP telephony
product, but the order we want to place is so big, that
we know you will have difficulty supporting it if your market cap
and share price is anything to go by. Why not let us buy
into your company and then the problem dissappears"
Pretty typical of what the Olivetti-Italy Telecom alliance
(for example) might say to someone they really liked!...Feared?
Purely conjecture of course, but FCM's product is unique, and
the EUROS dont have this tech, they saw it at HANNOVER and scared
the shit out of FCM, so good was their reaction.
We may see the result sooner than later!!!
IP is a real and present threat to established EURO telco
players and they have to buy in and soon!!!
JMHO.....But I am usually never too far off the mark!!
