This is old news. Nobody knows at this point if or when it will happen.

Basically, it was required filing from financing. The financing has "protections" that should be read. Essentially, company can refuse to issue more than a determined amount which would limit dilution. However, if they are in that position, there would likely be litigation, or default and other problems.

The bottom line, in my opinion, is that the company will need to enhance its PR so that the value of the stock is in the $3-$4 range so that management will keep control of the company. Given the small float NOW, company could do it easily with its own insider buying program, even to the point of taking the company "private."

We all know that share value some times is less or more than inherent value. This company has much potential and it is now up to management to make sure that the company survives. They also need to spread the word so that "manipulation" charges are not leveled on either those who would push the stock up or conversely on those whose interest is to see the stock low so that they can essentially take it over for pennies.

I believe that management is / are in same boat as we are. If there is significant dilution, they would be diluted (absent side deals that would invite litigation.)

This is all my opinion so you should read all filings and call the company for yourself.

I have put faith in management and that should be the basis of your investment at this point. As I said, they need to ramp up their financial PR. They seem to know how to do this. (See WRAP)
