Herbert M. Blair; I hope they cross the 8 line without attracting too much attention. This means, that they will test it for a while and try to keep volume down. The implication being that they have a higher price than 8 1/4 in mind. They cannot afford to use up stock by selling out on the way to going to a higher price level. Then they would be forced ot supply stock by shorting before intended. I WOULD NOT BE DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THE STOCK CROSS THE 8 LINE NEXT WEEK. PHOTOMAN
