Just a reminder that the reporting requirements begin in June for a certain group of stocks, only, depending on the alphabet. ITKG will not have to comply before sometime in the fall...I can't find the rules right now (sorry). Nonetheless, I hope they file soon! LOOK MA NO ANTENNAE...the price woke me up yeaterday!! REDDY, Good post !! Yes, you are correct that the Form 10 and contracts are NOT directly linked nor does one event necessarily mean the other will follow. My suggestion that contracts will follow is based on the ITKG home page and all the research that is ongoing with their technology. I suggest to you that ITKG has placed a priority on the Form 10 and accordingly has devoted time and manpower to that end. Once the Form 10 is filed with the SEC, it is my thought that they will then direct their efforts to those possible contracts as suggested at their home page. Yes, time will tell and todate we have seen some very solid buying and accumulation. The price has not spiked and I am happy with that scenario. Steady upward bias is more desirable than a spike (IMO). Thoughts ????? Warm Regards, Chief
