Jill, I think this HLTH/WebMD thing is for real. A little unfortunate that the mo-mo crowd has gotten ahold of this, and so is muddying up the waters (the damn thing shoots up 45 points... when do you buy? Because then it sells off to "only" 20 points - who wants to take a 25 point bath... of course it can and will shoot up again, but the volatility makes it extremely hard to get in for a serious investor). This thing will be a biggie. When MSFT and such companies invest, this really legitimizes it in the eyes of the common investor. MSFT will bundle it up and serve it up on MSN of course. IMO, this thing is headed higher, depending a little on how the overall market looks, and how the internet market looks in particular. Mind you I do **NOT** advocate or urge that you buy or sell this or any other stock. The above only represents my opinion, best to do your own DD. Personally, I'm in, but I'm a trader, so I'll be trying to lower my costs of acquisition. This strategy may not be practical for someone in a different situation. I intend to lower my average cost to $35 (if lady luck cooperates), and I'll hold for at least a year.

Good luck.
