Ed, if someone can't short and hold CYOE comfortably that person shouldn't be short selling. This company is the bottom of the barrel. It he very unlikely event of a rise to 25, I have no problem with adding to my short all the way up.

I won't short it all the way up, but I won't cover either. I figure my CYOE profits in advance, it's a simple formula: Price I short it at minus Zero = My profits. CYOE refuses to disclose what happened to the Systeam deal because there are huge penalties involved. They are not releasing the results of last quarter (which has been over for two months now) until they absolutely have to. Given their propensity to have PRs for no reason (like a customer getting financing), why do you think that is ???????? Hint: Huge losses, no cash, no sales to legitimate companies, no hope for improvement.
