Paul, despite its institutional shareholder pedigree, IMO MSGI failed to grow organically. In fact, my read of the SEC fillings suggest they actually lost revenue - which would have been the case if not for the revenue they purchased through acquisitions.

Hopefully, Ed Mullen will recognize how important it is to grow organically as well as through acquisitions.

I've been out of MSGI for a while, but it's probably a buy for me somewhere under 30. And if I don't get the opportunity to participate at those price levels, there's lots of other waves in this market.
