DD,

Who knows what is going to happen next. This whole
war has been pushed by Clinton's schizophrenic foriegn
policy. Clinton is virtually random now in his policy
decisions. Reward one nation for ethnic cleansing
(example: Turkey cleansing the Kurds), bomb others for
it (example: Iraq, and Yugoslavia), and simply act as
if it never happened (example Isreal, and Ruwanda).

Fortunately, I don't think that this war in Yugoslavia
is going to spread much more. The infrastructure of
the country is just about destroyed. Much like Iraq,
the civilians will simply survive in the rubble. There
will probably be some kind of occupation lasting perhaps
decades or more. One more item to add to Clinton's so
called "legacy". If Americans actually understood what
a jerk Clinton was this never would have happend. Oh
well, might as well get ready for hundreds of thousands
more refugees coming to America.
