Hi everybody (assuming anyone is there :) )

Just bought CCRD a week or so ago, and took me a while to find
this board.

Perhaps if I say CCRD looked so good to me, it will stimulate
some discussion.

1. terrific growth. in revenues of 92%, and high sequetial growth.

2. price now has gone back to price of November-- seems like a
buy to me.

3. Dain Rauscher Wessel says new version to be released in July is
a meaningful upgrade, and extends the languages offered. This new
version is going to be incorporated into future versions of CSCO
IOS

4. The CSCO partnership is a development *and* marketing
partnership. To me, that is a serious plus. Csco has the clout to
choose the best to partner with, as well as to be of benefit to a
smaller partner

5. Adding over 100 new customers per quarter, and av sale
increased in Q1. SP business is growing, and plans call for new
products aimed at this market. Rob Stephs says there has been
"significant penetration of the telco SP market", with 21% of
revenues coming from this segment

6. Estimates have been raised at least 10% since Jan 1. estimates
are assuming 8-8.5% *sequential* growth

7. New products have gained quick acceptance. Rob-Stephs says
products released two quarters ago each accounted for 10-15% of
revenue

8. Bear Stearns calls CCRD the undisputed leader in its niche--
"dominant hold of an expanding niche" Bear Stearns expects the
market to grow at a 70% compound annual growth.

9. CCRD will grow with the growth of networks, both WAN and
LAN.

There's probably more that I have overlooked or don't know.

Is there anyone here who can discuss the difference between the offerings of CCRD and Micromuse MUSE?

I have heard people say that the difference is that MUSE offers service management software to SPs. Can anyone comment?
