Big Al - thanks for getting back to me. Clearly, you are far better informed and involved than I am. CSMA proved to be an important lesson (or perhaps reminder) in my investment life. I bought it on a "tip" rather than dd. And then, like many others and perhaps yourself, got caught up in the ground swell of "enthusiasm." My losses are going to be the price I pay for investing in this fashion. Thankfully, it is a cheap education and a further reminder that penny stocks are - at best - interesting. Peter

regardless of the outcome, the separation of the spinoffs from csma was a positive footnote in the csma saga. i would really love to see the envirotec well become operational and for those working to make it happen, cheers to you. regards. gary

Al, I have seen enough of what CSMA managment can do to shareholders value to know that negitivism from this , or any other message board, made no difference. That is a fact. I'm every bit as pissed as you are. But you know what?, there came a time when I realized that I wasn't angry with the negitive posters anymore. I realized I was becoming enraged by what I learned had gone on behind the scenes. That all I'm going to say. Dig real deep, I promise, you won't be happy when you start asking the hard questions.
