Jennie and Me just stopped for lunch and as always, I pulled out my dictionary. The word for today was little......seems to be the topic and I thought I would share this bit of knowledge with everybody...so here go's:

Little adj., 1. Small in size: not big; not larger; tiny 2. Short in duration; not extensive; short; brief; 3. Small in number 4. Small in amount or degree; not much; 5. Of a certain amount; appreciable 6. Being such on a small scale 7. Younger or youngest 8. Not strong, forceful, or loud; weak 9. Small in consideration, importance, position, affluence, etc. 10. Mean, narrow, or illiberal: a little mind. 11. Endearingly small or considered as such 12. Amusingly small or so considered 13. Contemptibly small, petty, mean, etc., or so considered. 14. Not at all 15. In only a small amount or degree; not much; slightly 16. Seldom; rarely; infrequently 17. A small amount, quantity or degree and it go's on.

Brad,

**OT**

Thank you. I appreciate your words and your efforts on this thread. I do not, nor ever will, consider myself above anyone else for what I'm doing. I enjoy my job, I enjoy interacting with other cultures, and I enjoy doing what I can to (hopefully) make their country safer to live. That's the job of peacekeeping.

BUT, there are a TON of people who selfeshly put themselves in harms way to ensure refugees are housed, feed and protected. They are the ones who have big hearts for their fellow "man". That's the work of humanitarians.

You're right. It takes a very small person to make light of these efforts. Then again, their comments, their opinions, their sheltered lives really don't mean squat to me. I prefer the company of people with a conscience.

All the best to you and my other fellow JNNEers.

cu in a week or two from "DOWN UNDER"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rory.
