This was posted on another thread. Its old, but at least its something- CAMARILLO, Calif., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- TMM announced today that they have filed a lawsuit against Randy Jackson and his Mother Katherine Jackson for damages due to their failure to comply with TMM bankruptcy plan of reorganization. The lawsuit alleges that Katherine and Randy had agreed as part of the Second Amended Plan of Reorganization confirmed by the US Bankruptcy Court to return approximately 3,600,000 shares of TMM stock or to pay TMM the dollar amount value of these shares. The suit further alleges that Randy and Katherine have failed to return the shares and have not paid TMM for the funds received as a result of the sale of the shares. During the time that TMM alleges that the stock was sold, the price of TMM shares was in excess of $1.00 per share. The Lawsuit asks for damages in an amount to be proven at trial based on the dollar value of the shares at the time. Randy Jackson was a former director of TMM. TMM is being represented by Burke, Williams and Sorenson of Los Angeles, California. The action was filed in the L.A. County Superior Court located in Van Nuys, California. TMM is publicly traded on the Electronic Bulletin Board (Nasdaq) using the symbol TMMI. TMM is a multimedia company dedicated to bringing high quality video to multimedia presentations.
