During the same conference, Dennis said a 5mph speed limit was not going to actually be written into law, but if people decided they wanted to go faster than 5mph, they would have to be "arrested, on a limited basis" (parody, folks)

Some times I really get depressed about how stupid people can be.

Obviously funds are not selling. But also no one is buying. Is this the bottoming process, churning near a low with small volume ?
