I suppose this co. MIGHT have some kind of case if the allegations are true, but what is your point with regard to this thread (HITT)? From what I have read and researched re:HITT, most all posts from those exposing this co. for what it really is seem to be accurate. Possibly you are long HITT and are not happy to hear what is being stated.

Here's something mildly interesting. You'll recall that just the other day HITT announced that the Life Foundation Trust's assets had been confirmed by "Lloyd's of London".

Actually that's not what they're called. It's just "Lloyd's".

Perhaps not meaningful, but one really should try to get things like company names right in press releases.

Really Boris, the 'Plow and Pray' approach to diligence is dicey, at best.
Much better to pay attention to the factual data brought to light from people who can take apart company conditions for accurate analysis.

I suppose one can get a good look at the bloody hamburger by sticking
his head up a bull's ass—but wouldn't he rather just ask the butcher? <gg>
