oh...I've already decided on a stove! I had a wood-stove years ago; sheet metal, can't remember the manufacturer, but it was just fine. But I've always wanted a Vermont Castings. Beautiful, wonderful cast iron stoves. Quite efficient; lots of goodies like simmering racks, etc. Not cheap :) Jotul and Waterford and others are also good...but I've just always wanted a Vermont Castings, and now I have an excuse! The only problem will be buying the right size...the biggest would be too big, the smallest maybe not big enough; oh well...I'll let you know! doug
