Grayhairs, that discount is looking good, and as a good friend just pointed out to me , since KOB is offering these new shares on a 1 for 8 basis, or 12.5% of one's current holding, then it is reasonable to assume that the current share price of KOB should increase by 12.5% to compensate for this bonus to shareholders.

12.5% of $1.15 is 22 cents, so we should be seeing KOB at a new level of $1.37.

Rick.

It is no accident that they chose to announce this today, two days before the long weekend, knowing that the kill can happen at any minute. We won't be trading again until Tuesday, folks.

As you pointed out, those 90 cent shares may carry a $2.00/share premium by June 17th. The beauty is that you can flip them the very next day.

Get 'em while they're hot.

Rick.
