But if FLC doesn't fight, doesn't that send the message that they can be pushed around? Petrobras would be emboldened to mess with other contracts and FLC's other customers would likewise view FLC as a pushover.

If FLC has legal standing it appears they need to take action, even if it is token.

Institutional buy interest in FLC is continuing.

Like marc said...they probably have to go through the motions, but I bet Johnnie Cochran wouldn't take the case on a contingency.

A little lawyer money ain't nothing compared to a rig (Falcon 100) costing twice (isn't that the number?) the orginal budget...pocket change my friend, pocket change.
