between yesterday's and todays releases - I suspect that they have things almost under control. The bankruptcy thing should be close to being solved if T+H has agreed to a spud date and terms, etc. The spud date is a little farther out than I would like it to have been though. Was hoping to hear June. Regardless - once they get at it - stock should move up. The well they started was a test and it became a potential producer. So the next one should just tie in and be a cash producer. Something that both of these guys can use.
