I've heard 140 minutes/month as the average use per mobile handset subscriber and this is reasonably consistent with mgmt's capacity assessment that they can support 7M users and 12B call minutes/year.

It doesn't seem like very much to me (6.5 minutes per business day!), taking into account that early adapters will be those that spend the most time outside conventional cell phone reach.
