IF there are only 4 million shares out at this time (the remaining authorized 30 million to be issued when NASD is achieved) I'd say that when we check the OTCBB MM board on June 1, 1999 we shall see just how many shares each of the MMs are holding and have accumulated since May 1. There will be quite a huge jump; also remember the big blocks that were bought up between 3.50 and 6.50; then the panic sell off caused by the MMs. Many of the sells were those holding 5,000 shares or fewer, plus those who held 10,000 or fewer that were selling for the money they made right away and are now holding free shares or no shares.

Regardless - the 4 million shares are about accounted for and the scramble to get the big blocks two weeks ago was made for a reason - not by the MMs nor by those on this bulletin board. This has legs and the MMs have accumulated accordingly.

There is no more news to get at this time, so we have to let it rest for a while. I have posted on UK board - and received an email that Mikelangdon hasn't been posting on hemscott - which we already know that; I've sent out some other emails to those in the UK and if anyone knows something, I'll get it.

If anyone wanted to find out what the progress is of the movement from the OTCBB to the NASD, they could send an email to the director at XSTREAM that came directly from Lehman Brothers, which is what I have done. When I get a response, I shall post it.

Otherwise, just monitor this daily to see if you want to keep or sell. Good luck, :) Jacalyn
