Status as of 5/28/1999: Earlier this week, we revised our corporate website to accommodate the recent changes to our company, and to prepare the site structure for changes still to come. I had been delaying the replacement of the prior site in hopes of squeezing in one more change announcement, but we can't publish that news until some remaining paperwork is processed. I decided to go ahead with the site replacement because we posted the long awaited audited financials on the new version of the site. See planetcity.com . Background activities related to forming cooperative business ventures continue to absorb much time. Progress is slow, but continual. I am confident we will have good news to report shortly. Recruiting for key personnel to support the new ventures is progressing nicely. A "Safe Harbor" statement follows my signoff. Please take time this weekend to reflect on the meaning of Memorial Day.
