Thanks Mark, I understand completely now what you meant,

and agree with your definition of "organic" growth.

It does seem that MSGI ( Formed from an April 1995 merger of Sports Tech and Alliance Media Corp.) has changed their core or organic business model as well.

In 1997 contributions to MSGI's revenues were telemarketing and telefundraising- 66%, marketing and internet services 34%. However
reflecting acquisitions and the newly created subsidiary 1998 revenues
were essentially reversed; Marketing and internet services 67%, tele-
marketing and telefundraising 32% and fulfillment 1%.

Perhaps this accounts for the aggressive projections also.
