Hugh, I was involved with of these under writings before, and in most cases, you select four five potential lead underwriters, then fix on one and then you file the registration (only if not exempted) etc. But that does not change the fact that everyone knows that AXC is going to, sooner or later, do an ipo on one or more of its internet holdings.
