And CYOE has a history of insiders posting on Yahoo if my memory is correct. Remember GENXXX and the article about the incident. Some things never change.

FWIW I recently heard that CYOE actually has raised 8 mill so far.

One of the great repetitive MO's of CYOE is to not admit anything in releases until caught or about to be caught. They then issue a release, sometimes months or years late, and the SEC seems to let them get away with it. The pattern is getting so noticeable, the SEC even must be getting a bit embarrased.
