I'd be mighty discouraged right now, because, until I do a net worth statement it doesn't look like I'm making any progress.

Well I guess you're just going to have to raise your rates.

You're living in the past and jerkwater hasn't realized what is developing since they prefer the ostrich security provided by a vigilant collection of foxes watching the money walls of the hen house.

If you're doing mediocre at best now, where is the great prosperity Wall Street and the foxes are promising? The prosperity ended intrinsically when the foxes decided that money doesn't matter. It ends gradually on Main Street as people realize they don't need to put out effort, since there's plenty of money. If you don't secure yourself from their stupidity, it is you who will pay for their lovely life. This is the underlying truth of engineered prosperity. You love it and long as someone else pays.

I'll take two of those cars.

You have me very confused . I live in CA and housing values have increased. I also pay 2.99 for tomatoes.
The thing i see is that the lower end of income has not increased but upper has. With increase in property rentals will increase and at sometime you will see people will have to ask for hikes in wages.
I am unsure what type of vehicle you drive that the price remains roughly the same tis not the case here.
One cannot have a sound economy based only on the ability to buy shares so i am seeing through your eyes a very weak demand economy.
You have perhaps given birth to my fears form retail sales that this economy is way to top heavy.
This would also play havock on ATHM.
Thank you for your post.
