Richard & Claude .... I hope there is no merger!!! The last thing stockholders of Metallica need is additional cash drain. Like you said Claude, Metallica has the current assets and resource base to stand on it's own. Especially with the free ride on development with Cambior. Our best bet would be to minimize burn rate and wait for the inevitable rise in the POG. Permitting is almost complete and we already have a more than able partner in Cambior. Vista might be a decent company. However, the benefits of a merger IMHO, would be highly counter productive. Lashing two leaking ships results in the following: The first one down sinks the other! Current stockholers of Metallica are in an excellent long term position. Let's not screw it up at the bottom of a depressed market. If one likes Vista, buy it. If you don't like the idea, make sure and voice your opinion to Louis Lepry Jr.. The bottom line is we have everything in place for the future, the last thing we need is DILUTION! EZ
