IMAX is 24FPS, and I do notice the considerable blurring during pans. When it's not panning, like a shot of Everest dominating the planet, it's quite awesome.

There was an experimental IMAX shot at 60FPS. I would love to have seen that. Just too expensive apparently, plus the difficulty of lugging the film up mountains and such.
