Hi Mike: Re. CAI Wireless, it was an issue of addressing the wrong market (wireless cable) and being too weak to be able to benefit from two-way digital MMDS technology. I am aware of the CAWS shareholders being ''extiinguished'' to the benefit of the bondholders who made off like bandits. The best the WLGS holders can hope for is to see someone purchase their MMDS licenses. It is amazing how so many inexperienced investors seem convinced that they can find the next QCOM by scanning the pink sheets. Best regards, Bernard Levy
