DMX, The part that caught my eye was a an undisclosed sum was paid. If some one puts money up for an exclusive in a company like McNeil, a significant Management player would have had to authorize the payment. I've got to believe 6 figures for a standstill on an exclusive would not be out of the question (IMHO). Anyone know this industry, that could offer an opinion with past experience? PS: I may be blinded by the negative value of my current share holding portfolio... :0(
