The investment community is waking up to the EDS business model - Thanks to IBM and its fantastic CEO and Chairman's ability to articulate a vision and turn Wall Street in another direction. Remember the line about all the high flying internet companies being like fireflies before the storm throwing off sparks? The storm will be the WalMarts, Gaps, Fords, GMs, getting into eBusiness with IBM (i.e. EDS getting its share) doing the back and front office operations. IBM or EDS can create an Amazon.com for one of these multinationals in 60-90 days and make money doing it. As more people figure this out, I believe the IBM/EDS shares will benefit.
