Thanks! As a limit order book, would a MWSE quote always be expected to be real? In other words, when they are filled on their bid/offer, will their quote immediately be removed? Or is it likely to sit out on Level 2 for 10-15 additional seconds after the fill before they go away?

In short, does it make sense to SNET preference MWSE, or are their quotes subject to being just as worthless as the traditional MMs?
