Oh Well (it's already been done anyway). "PC Modem" is not trademarkable. But even if it was part of a trademarkable mark, the rights probably could not be exclusive. But since you brought the subject up, I did find this: trademarks.uspto.gov "Word Mark TASTES LIKE CHICKEN" No need to thank me. Just glad to be of service. PCM
