OT So I guess 73 is the average of the ipo and aftermarket prices? If so, can I ask your aftermarket price? (80 1/2 here, as I said). N. Cal is still paradise <gg>. Yes we do love it actually. We live in a terrific community, needless to say. My wife is two miles from work (the farm), I am no more than 100 feet from work lol. My daughter attends one of the two best public high schools in the state (the other also in my town), at least as measured by test scores, last I read. I grew up in Seattle, in BG's neighborhood believe it or not. Even at age 11 he seemed like a sharp cookie lol. But whenever it rains two days consecutively here and I get depressed, i know it would be tough to return. Hawaii another possibility at some point, perhaps. The problem there is the market opens at 3:30 am! Regards, Rob
