PVN - yesterday's lows are taken out. The company already used on of their magic bullets by reiterating "strong" earnings guidance and following through with a (fake?) stock buy-back! What next? A split announcement?

Mike, GBLX is a totally different company with the USW announcement, that's how too many are viewing it. I sold the day after the announcement, as the USW deal would sully the pure net bandwidth play that the mo mo players saw GBLX to be.

The owners of GBLX had to make the bid on USW to take advantage of the cheap currency they hold in their shares of GBLX, in the long-run it makes sense but that is a decision that is of benefit in 6-12 months.

GBLX has also broken it's uptrend line on the daily chart, it has some support at 48-50 and at 40, I would think it goes there at least.

I think that the big summer sell-off is getting underway and that it's time to be getting more defensive on longs and eyeing shorts for those that don't already have them.
