Re: releasing BD report. I'm not so sure that there are rules as to GE HAVING to release anything. There are certain events that MUST be reported. I'm sure it's all in here but I think item 5 would apply to things such as BD report. law.uc.edu Item 5. Other Events. The registrant may, at its option, report under this item any events, with respect to which information is not otherwise called for by this form, that the registrant deems of importance to securityholders.
