McCain criticized Clinton for backing away from support of admitting China into the World Trade Organization ...<<< There are times in history, though, when hate mongers have convinced an intelligent population to believe in things that are clearly wrong. Some good examples would be with Hitler's Germany, the English in Northern Ireland, the Europeans in South Africa, the Serbs in Yugoslavia, the Japanese in Nanking, and many other situations. In our own brief history, we could have treated Native Americans and Blacks more fairly. But, I admit, I am going off in a tangent. There really are at least two different issues here - free trade and thinly veiled racism - and both subjects are beyond my abilities to fully understand. Sincerely, Mary Cluney
