Doesn't look like Cortelco IPO will fund expansions.

Looks like CMCI plans to use Cortelco proceeds to retire preferred shares outstanding, according to the notes from the conference call. I wonder if they need to do this, as a requirement for keeping their bank credit line going. This doesn't seem logical to me. It just serves to emphasize how short of cash this combined entity will be.
This merger is a good idea, but its late in the game. The shortage of capital will restrict their ability to grow off their base.

Does anyone know what was the positive cashflow expected by ACTM for the next Q, and what their CapEx plans were prior to the merger?
