Susan, I would say at the most 50-60. Much smaller than I expected. There are 10,000 shareholders. Of the 34 million or so shares outstanding, 26 million were represented at the meeting. Another interesting thing they talked about was "two-box" applications of HyperTV being the stalking horse for the STB (one-box as they called it) application of HyperTV until digital TV coverage is increased nationwide. So you can run HyperTV on your computer, with the size of the video portion being determined by whether you are running on a modem or broadband. (This is the picture you see in your Annual Report.) So, let's say they are doing a HyperTV broadcast of a Yankees game, but the technology isn't available in your area, you can watch the game on TV, and have the HyperTV application running on your computer simultaneously, creating a similar effect to what would be if you had it running on your television only. Another point I found interesting was that this technology is not limited to cablers. The networks can use it too. Your PM will be on its way shortly :-) -Leslie
