Of course could all be very innocent. Xoma must have received at least 25 to 50 calls asking why the stock was going up. After a while one might just for fun jump the gun and ask first if the person knows anything. Of course I discard this as too simplistic and lacking any sinister hidden meaning. but he says they did call him. Gee, I hope they did not go to their annual meeting today based on his idea of when it was going to be held.

Great Eisinger article about biotechs, on TSC today. Anyone that did not see it call XOMA or Murphy to find out what it wasn't about. Or break down and spend $70 for day in day out quality stuff about the financial markets. thestreet.com
