Peter, an expense is an expense whether from loan proceeds or cash. They'll probably call it an extraordinary expense and give eps with and without the charges, but the fact that the loan proceeds may have covered it is irrelevant.

I've been long and sold for a profit 3 times, but I've never shorted, as I've stated many times. But if it soothes your wounds to think this, go right ahead. If you'd listen to reason sometimes instead of calling everyone who has any words of caution a "short", maybe you'd learn more. You don't have to agree - that's America. If I was right all the time I wouldn't waste my time checking out other people's opinions on this thread - I'd be rich! In fact I'd probably be smarter not to waste my time answering all the sophomoric simpletons who think their opinions are all that matter.
