I would watch the bollinger bands - if it breaks down through the trend line, I'd let that trigger a sell rather than trying to guess when the momentum will play out. A lot more money could get attracted to the stock now that the trend is moving in the right direction. How many times have you sold this kind of stock only to watch it continue up beyond your wildest imagination? I'll wait for the chart to tell me to sell rather than set an arbitrary sell order.
