......And someone needs to "e-mail" Joe K. and remind him that PTEK also holds about 11.7% of the USA.net IPO which is scheduled to take place in about 2 weeks. I think the math of that transaction (entirely separate from the wonderful WedMD situation) is 8.5M shares for between $15 to $17 dollars the week of May 31st. If you add the incremental value from these two events together, how much $$$ is going to be added to PTEK's balance sheet and what should their stock valuation be? Opinions?
