We should co-exist with them, but not to help them to build their economy. They want to re-arm, let them! Now that they have no longer have millions of virtual slaves in Warsaw Pact Countries, and Soviet Republics have gone their way, he can neither re-arm, nor import free food and raw materials free of charge. They should be kept where they are, a third world nation.
