With all due respect, you may strongly believe that Biomira will get the approval, but that and $1.50 will get you a cup of coffee. There's no question that betting on a biotech company that has a product which has passed Phase I and Phase II is less risky then one at an earlier stage, but the statistics show it's not a sure thing. In fact, it's probably 66% certain. Now those are nice odds to be sure, but it's still gambling. To consider it anything else is to get too emotionally attached to your investment.
