It doesn't really say if this qualifies as an "advance notice" of termination or a "immediate" termination. I think there is a difference. The "immediate" case would be real problems (legal?), where the "advance notice" case still has AVCS getting money from the deal for up to nine months. Either case, AVCS is now a business without a business (and not even a place to bury the Casino contract). Maybe we can get the WCW guys to body-slam those Indians back into the deal. Off topic... I haven't been keeping up on the IDX thread (I'm like 500-600 messages behind). But I have read your posts, which leaves me with the belief that the sidelines are still a prudent place to be.
