Karl,
I dont recall any prior sales to Davis. Can you confirm them as a new customer and the number of stations they operate?
IMO the American Tower deal could be HUGE, and has been over-looked by ACRO investors!

I do think the American Tower deal is being overlooked. It comes out to between 250 and 280 transmitters and my understanding is that the majority of them are high power. That's a lot of revenues, no matter what the size of the transmitters.

Acrodyne Transmitter Sales Exceed $3
Million During Month of August; Six
Television Transmitters Ordered by
Three Organizations

BLUE BELL, Pa., Sept. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Sales during the month of August have been strong
across the Acrodyne product lines enhancing their presence as a supplier of high quality television
transmitters. The recent projects are:

Mexico, a privately owned organization located in Mexico, awarded Acrodyne a contract valued at
almost $800,000 for an ARS60DD 60kW Diacrode NTSC transmitter. The system, one of the
Acrodyne Renaissance Series (ARS) television transmitter line, represents the latest design for high
power UHF digital television transmitters. Special emphasis was placed on the design to minimize
capital investment and operating costs without compromising reliability. The transmitter is designated
for a station in Mexico City and is scheduled for installation during the third quarter of 1999.

Sinclair Broadcast Group, ordered four 5kW broadband UHF digital television transmitters to fulfill
initial obligations to place digital stations on the air. The transmitters are solid state and are fully
compliant with FCC and ATSC requirements. This contract is valued at $2M. Installations are
scheduled for fourth quarter of 1999.

Community Television, Inc., headquartered in Norcross, GA and the leader in Christian broadcasting
in the Atlanta market, signed a contract for $350,000 with Acrodyne for an Au60D, 60kW visual,
6kW aural power output UHF television transmitter for WATC TV-57 in Atlanta. This transmitter
replaces an aging klystron unit and will be installed in the fourth quarter of 1999.
